This three month project for the Observer magazine came about when realising I had spent an inordinate amount of time travelling the world yet had paid scant attention to England, the country of my birth. I set about driving all over the country to produce a bi-weekly picture series that was curated by the art director Wayne Ford. This selection is from the thousands of images I made in that period and hope to expand upon in the future.
